Between that part of the chapter and this comment, I'm now thinking about those AR games like Pokemon Go that basically operate using Google's maps. Wouldn't mind actually playing those if I didn't live in a more rural area. Niantic's on like their third one of those kinds of games already, but they still haven't really figured out how to not fuck people over if they don't live in or near a decent city.
