I'm okay with Husband-sama but I prefer honorifics left in place.
I'm probably bias since I've seen too many cases where honorifics get translated and end up sounding clunky or awkward as a result.
In this specific case, Darling does fit for the honorific better than other honorific translations that I've seen.
That being so, I'm still preferential to Husband-sama.
