I imagine that it was Japanese covered by sfx in the raw and sunrise arrow, godlike as they are, translated and guessed from the parts they could see and then covered it themselve with their own sfx.

@Mangalover9147 I were guessing the same up until I saw the last page. The last page explicitly said that they were guessing and might have something wrong, while the copy before that did not have that disclaimer, which means that its assuredly correct.
