I mean, she could have loved MC, but nothing went anywhere with that and they drifted apart, so she fall in love with another guy, married him, became widowed, and rekindled her past feeling with MC once again is also an option, no?

Lol 😆 I didn't know I was that rememberable. Lol 🤣 🤣 🤣 For a chapter that was very boring. It's wholesomeness ruined by her being used goods. This authors pacing is very slow most are going to skim. Seriously why did the mc drop the husband part? He doesn't know if the husband is still around or not. So it's very disrespectful to have a married woman alone with just himself. Would you like your wife hanging out with a old guy friend alone? If yes, i feel sorry for you. And please value yourself more.

You are right. But still feels weird she didn't do this with him first. Saw a comment saying "if this was there highschool time it would be more wholesome." And I am going to be honest they were right. Because right now he is just her second choice. Bro can't win at all and it's very sad. 😭

Anyone else feel like they missed a chapter reading this? We go from talking in a bar to halfway through a trip to the baths and laundry?

Still a good chapter though, jumping between high school and now you get the impression she was sort of his muse and when they went their separate ways he lost most of his spark. Our hyperdense MC hasn't realized it yet though but he might be coming around.

IDK I think it's pretty apparent, at least so far, that she did like(or at the very least admired) him back in high school, but that they drifted apart as he chased his dream so she decided it would be better to try to move on. I just think there's way too much emphasis on her staring at him and how she sees his drawing and manga for that not to have been love in some way.

Also don't know if it's just me but while it may be just her repressing/pushing away her emotions, it really seems like she didn't care for her husband(see the beginning of ch2 and how flippantly she refers to being a widow). But it could also just be that she is sad but because of that connection they had in high school, she feels like she can try to move on with him.

Anyways I typed that all out but at the end of the day it's literally only chapter 4 and more context could change it.
