The party's dynamic with Srajo is interesting, usually its either "You're so much stronger than the other team that you have to keep watch for being backstabbed" or "You're so much weaker than them so they don't see you as a threat." But here they are willing to work with you as equals because they consider your team worthy.
Reg being the one that has second thoughts about the alliance is a little worrying, given he might bump into his fellow "siblings" and get reconnected to their wifi.

The abyss is quite punishing enough not to plunder and kill before others get you. They could be killing delvers to take their stuff, so that their mouths to feed doesn't increase unnecessarily or even to prevent any kind of information leaking that might happen from a surviving delver. Since Srajo didn't bother explaining or show any kind of remorse over it that kind of explanation seems likely.

Yeah but to be fair destroying their existence might go a bit too far.

I think you give them too much credit. You could also argue that the harshness of the abyss makes cooperation more logical.

It might just be a skill issue, honestly. Our protagonists haven't been mugging everyone they come across and they're doing great.

Considering the upcoming movie(s?) will cover the content past the golden city, I am praying all the crazy crap we're learning either ends up as a cliffhanger for a new season or for the subsequent movie.

Also, I still trust Srajo. The safest place in hell is with a skilled killer, and Riko's gang is surrounded by skilled killers right now.

You know... I was kinda underwhelmed with Srajo, sure, she and her team are strong, but all the sovereigns we had seen till now felt more menacing... this chapter has turned that opinion around.

NANASHI IS RECOVERING... still on the danger zone, with the help of the little fuzzball, she is going along quickly too, but they will need to keep a close eye... that power speeds up things, but it means problems can get sped up too.
