but real romance is a double-barrel ofc.
Yeah, we already saw that his guns don’t have recoil when he shot the three dudes one-handed, and can reload with thought.
Give this guy a sawn-off double-barrel. So many different shells exist IRL, and add magic into the mix.
Plus, you know you’d get the scenes where the enemy is too tough, so he needs to fire both barrels at once.
Then he could combine bullet effects in the same way for more variety.

God... I remember reading this manga when I was just middle schooler. Now I'm a college student, and the chapter count still abysmal.

3 volume in 6 years

It is really quite noticeable when you read manga, that the Japanese experience with guns are almost exclusively airsoft. Let's take the revolver, it has a lower capacity, slower reload speed (unless you have a speedloader) requires more maintenance and cleaning to prevent malfunctions, then there is the cylinder gap, which is prone to get shit in it and also suffers from some pressure loss in comparison to a self contained gun like a pistol. There really isn't any practical reason to choose a revolver over a pistol other than rule of cool.
I don't think revolvers are even that cool :pepehmm:

Not only that, but MC even gets single action and double action wrong, where in double action the trigger mechanically cocks and drops the hammer and single action the trigger only releases the cocked hammer. If all he wanted was the single action mechanic the gun that god was holding would have been fine, as the hammer is exposed meaning it must be cocked before firing and the slide resets the hammer after each shot not the trigger thus meaning it's a single action gun.

I’m not a gun person, but considering these magic weapons wouldn’t need cleaning or maintenance, might as well go for the Glock right?
Honestly if you're not in need of maintenance just grab a vector or thompson and call it a day. No maintenance would mean no parts downside as drum springs and bolt wear aren't gonna stop the bullet hose.
