Wait is that not a supposedly already existing rule or whatever in the demon world?
It's not to bring in human or to go to the overworld where humans live. Since this has always been followed the deportation act is due to rule volition... it's a new act..

I am looking forward to everyone finding out that Iruma is a human want to see the reactions from his friends. Especially Clara and Azz. Never heard of Ameri being half human rumors, would love it if they go after her first and Iruma comes in to save her, declaring he is human as well.

That’s not all. Someone speculated that Amelie’s mother might not be dead at all and could actually be the author of First Love Memory, the romcom Amelie and Iruma are reading.

We know Iruma worked as an assistant on that manga, and the fact that he was transported into this world by Sullivan suggests there is no time difference between the two worlds. But how could that be when Amelie has said that her collection of "strange books" (manga) has been one of her family’s treasures for generations?

The answer is simple: Henri lied to her.

If that’s the case, Amelie’s mom is likely not dead, but was forced to return to the human world, leaving Amelie behind because she is easily recognizable as a demon and wouldn’t fit into human society.
It makes sense, but for now, it’s just a theory.

So, I had wondered this same thing a long time ago myself.

Why would they have this manga in the first place? Seems a little too many volumes to just randomly have.

I wonder, though, if the netherworld's time actually moves faster than in the human world. We haven't really been given any indication of it one way or the other at this point. Only time we would find anything out is if somehow we see the human world again, but I have my doubts we will since it is not important...unless somehow Delkira is/was there.

I would bet a lot that Ameri's mother is human, which is why Henri is somewhat okay with Iruma potentially being human. Plus Henri got to see firsthand what kind of person Iruma is and he likes Iruma (outside the whole harem thing). Henri probably had to forcibly deport her against his will to protect her from the rest of the netherworld...or he spent time in the human world with her and had to return to the netherworld and brought their half-demon daughter to the netherworld with him because maybe Henri could hide his demon looks while their daughter being so young could not.

It would be awesome if Ameri's mom was the mangaka of First Love Memories and even better if Iruma worked as an assistant WHILE Henri was there and neither can remember the other.

If Iruma would rise to rank 6, and Alikred would have an "update", I would like that when Narnia would try to attack Iruma, a kind of genjutsu would be created where Narnia would have a meeting with Derkila .

And I agree with Henri when he said that Narnia lacks something called experience.

Also Narnia is about to bite the master's hand or better said Narnia has the gratitude of the bad dog or in short Narnia is an ungrateful dog.

The meaning of the saying to bite the hand of the master means ingratitude or betrayal towards someone who helped or supported you; the meaning of the saying has the gratitude of the bad dog means that instead of being loyal, someone who has received help responds with betrayal and finally the meaning of the saying is an ungrateful dog refers to someone who, like a betraying dog, is not grateful for the help received

We have hundreds of thousands of humans flowing in from Japan. Japan has a tremendous wicked phase problem. Many of those humans will probably be in their wicked phases, and they’re coming into our world. And we don’t do anything about it. In the many-ears territory, they’re eating the children, the humans that came in. They’re eating the deaf. They’re eating — they’re eating the kids of the people that live there.

The fact that Fenrir has a “Human Deportation Act” plan is implies either a) there are secretly other humans in the demon realm outside of Iruma that are just never shown or b) he set up an entire bill just to get rid of one guy

I’m not sure which one is the funnier option
Narnia is being backed by Ba'al, which means he knows that Iruma is human, and is 100% doing this for just one guy.

I don't think there's any rules or laws. When it comes to Humans, normally if they're found they're pretty much devoured at a first come first serve basis. That was a reason why those who know Iruma's human worry for his safety of discovery. However, with Henri running the Demon Border Patrol, and thus having the higher chances of finding humans, he operated on finding, sheltering, and safely returning Humans to the Human world. There was no official law, simply the actions of an organization under one of the thirteen crowns control.

However, with Narnia's proposed act, humans, regardless of their situation or standing, can be forcibly removed from the Demon World with little care for their safety. Also, this could allow ample investigations on demons suspecting to be related to humans or offering them shelter, meaning that those demons could also be potentially punished for doing so. Of course, this is under the assumption that this act passes.
No, there was a law. It's true that the demons in general are 'interested' in devoring humans, but the law does in fact state that they need to be deported. That's the whole premise behind the first meeting with Ameri and Henri. Border patrols job is literally to find humans and safely deport them. He even literally made a joke about that during that meeting saying that he'd 'eat a human if he met him'.

It is, but this will most likely try to close any loopholes that are present, like even if the human was adopted by one of the 3 Greats it has to be sent back to the human world without question or appeal. There will probably be a clause to punish the offending demon as well, no matter what rank they are.

Oh boy, looks like Narnia might be plotting a long game play, probably thinking about using Henri's own tactics against him. Maybe get the other two greats to approve the use of the stamp and then undermine both Sullivan and Henri's authority in some way to apply his visions for dealing with humans and/or "deport" Iruma. I'm also curious if Henri's statements means he skipped the rules or if he used his intuition to apply for use of the stamp to stop Narnia in advance, like if 6 months before this he applied for use of the stamp in anticipation of Narnia pulling something if he should be approved for promotion to 13 crown and the 3 greats readily approved because of Henri's proven track record with sniffing out problems (he did figure out Iruma was a human basically on intuition alone) 🤔

It is something that is vaguely brought up when Sullivan was detained during the first school festival 🤔

Pretty sure they already had guidelines in place for this already, Sullivan was even arrested because Baal had tipped Demon Border Patrol off that there was a chance that Sullivan might have smuggled a human into the Demon realm (though they could really only take Sullivan in because he agreed to go willingly.) Narnia also mentions that he hates how passive Henri is about handling humans that find their way in because he'd much rather just eliminate anyone and everyone in the demon realm that isn't a demon, especially humans.
