And so, the other fear comes out.

I mean, from the moment we heard that Delkira vanished, and that the class is the "13 Misfits" (i.e. a mirror of 13 crowns), it was pretty obvious plot one could choose to have Iruma vanish at one point too. However I think it will happen when
1)Sullivan is occupied or otherwise indisposed
2)During a summer break chapter so the class isn't occupied either (I can see Kalego giving being pissed at the class for not paying attention and giving a motivational speech to them to either trust the demons searching for him or do something about it, but it would be pushing)
3)I'd see it after we're more close to the og 13 crowns (by the way of either Iruma, misfits or the 2 other contestants interacting with them in comic outside the whole "Demon King" stuff, we already have characters like Ameri's dad or Alice's mom for which it would feel natural, but most of them are still strangers as characters go), so the chapters could explore and contrast their reactions to Delkira missing

Sullivan definitely needs to be taken out by the big bad (possibly sealed til it’s over) which would probably give him enough votes to take the crown for himself and declare himself demon king. At that point (based on what we’ve seen) the 13 crowns would be forced to obey him, leading to a 1v1 fight for the entire misfit class against their counter.

of course, this is a long way away. We just had a heartbreaker thing a couple chapters ago Which showed us that the students are in no way a match for their teachers who are in no way a match for the 13 crowns. It’ll be at least another hundred chapters before we even reach that point.

I don't believe the other 2 Gramps and the Crowns on Iruma side (Bachiko, Mephisto and Lilith) would just take it. It doesn't seem this kind of world, that a political Intrigue to just get "promoted" to the Demon King would be enough, unless the Gods an Deities of the setting suddenly become a way more direct influence

(Henri's officiel enough to obey the hierarchy for the good of the Netherworld, but I don't see the rest of Crowns being the same way without something forcing them to, and even then we saw him challenge Narnia despite it being more beneficial for him and the border patrol to play along).

I much more suspect the 13 Crowns system being done away with altogether after "Delkira" miraculous reaperrance.
