I loved this chapter! It made me cry on the inside /(ㄒoㄒ)/~~ my heart~
Anyways, the way they bring up the possibility of Iruma disappearing feels like it foreshadows the human deportation thing happening. Gah! (°ロ°) I'm so excited! I'm glad the story is still holding the human secret for a while longer.

Azz is right tho, when Iruma isn't present, Clara and he by default hang out together, they are friends! And it's true that Clara really was hiding her insecurities from them to her own detriment, and needed to be reassured by Azz, that she can lean on them for help, as she has helped them on their inquiries in the past. I really like Clara so much! She honestly really is a cheery character that many wouldn't notice has hidden struggles and gives her honest depth.

There're people like that, appear overly positive, but really, they are scared that their frustrations might shun people away, and they repress it. So sometimes they need help to just vent it all and reassure them.

That's why I come to appreciate Clara and as well as Azz and Iruma. They are awe!

Further down the trope hole, it's been long enough for certain shenanigans to occur to lead to Delkira having an influence on Iruma in the human world, either by ancestry or reincarnation.

honestly, i hope not.
while it's true it will be a good read, i feel like most reader will already know the overall flow of the story. just like how you said iruma will feel guilty, and those 2 coming to save him.
sure there will be other detail, but it would be predictable.

if anything, i would love for iruma to get kidnapped by the 'enemy' of the netherworld. you know.... the reason why the netherworld need a border patrol. maybe the kingdom of heaven? then clara and azz2 can rescue him after some ass-kicking scene. because i don't think IF iruma went back to the human world, his soulmates would defeat a bunch of humans to rescue him. and in the event they do, i can't imagine it would be much interesting.

Well there are basically gods/deities of the netherworld (who could do that given how Baal is courting that princess), we haven't seen any evidence of demons having enemies beyond the netherworld and the border control seems to act more like a military police/secret service than a regular army. Humans are certainly not fighting demons either at least knowingly, they both consider each other to be mythological beings. Maybe there is no heaven like place, but absence of evidence is not evidence of absence either, so maybe it exists but does in no way interact with the netherworld.

I don’t think it would even need to be for a stupid reason. His powers seem to exclusively come from his ring Which stores demon mana. Either that would get sucked dry before he was sent back or the ring itself would just be taken (Pretty sure it’s needed to revive delkira or whatever they’re planning). And it was already said that when a human is discovered and sent back to earth, their memories are erased. So even if He kept his demon powers he wouldn’t remember how to use them

He‘d basically go back to being exactly who he was before. And that’s the man who His classmates would find. A slave to his parents with no will or desire of his own. And only once they reminded him of who he was, would he be able to tap back into that power
