If this does happen, I expect it’ll be right before the final arc. Bad guy sends him away And then takes over the underworld as the new demon lord. Iruma s classmates go to rescue him and accept him for who he is. Giving him the drive to go back, kick the demon lord’s butt (Along with the butt of every demon who is now supporting him Which might be every demons since the demon lord is all powerful and must be obeyed). And ultimately ends with Iruma taking the throne for himself and making all his classmates one of the 13 crowns
Thinking about it, one other possibility for how this happens is that Iruma could be captured by Baal and used in his promise to Amduscias to "revive" Delkira, since Iruma seems to be central to that plan (hence why Baal sent Atori and Shiida to kidnap him.)

Holy shit that was one hell of an emotional arc.

Clara asking about the "Would you still be friend with me" broke my heart, and is a feeling I think a lot of people who had been isolated or don't think highly of themselves can share...

Seing the "Real" Clara shove aside the "Wicked" Clara to yell at Azz was really interesting too. I think it's a way of showing that her "love" for Iruma isn't as strong as her "bond" with Azz.

Let's hope after all that poor Clara won't be put out of focus again.

Also for real tho I know I have a rotten shipper brain but really tho dude literraly said "I want us to be together forever and you're dumb for doubting that" I mean seriously tho.

It’s clear for me , iruma gonna make a Delkira. Become king and disapear (with Amelie it’s not negociable)
Big what if, and majorly tropey, but what if Delkira disappeared to the human world?

Further down the trope hole, it's been long enough for certain shenanigans to occur to lead to Delkira having an influence on Iruma in the human world, either by ancestry or reincarnation.

If Iruma were to disappear... it would be history repeating itself with Delkira, right? It's an interesting thought. What Iruma has that Delkira doesn't though is soulmates who will ceaselessly look for them no matter what, never giving up. Kind of what happened with "Tsuihousareru Tabi ni Skill o Te ni Ireta Ore ga, 100 no Isekai de 2-shuume Musou" where the elf girl literally went beyond space and time to look for the mc with the help with her friends from the former hero party (it's an amazing manga btw).

This chapter made me cry. Having friends like them is truly the most precious thing ever. I wish I had friends like them too.

...this is intentional, right?
🔺?
But it's not romantic,
Like... It is not up to me to name this sort of relationship.
You do it!

The long titles so often come with RPG mechanics and then the Connecticut Yankee is in King Aurthur's court and I am so old I have to be convinced that a story is more than its tropes. It is just so dicey.
I gave RE:Zero more time than I expected largely because of the animation. The problem is I read the books and now I can't deal with the anime, because most of the storytelling is internal monologue. It just isn't there. So it comes off all silent and there is a dissonance. It is clearly a horror novel right about halfway through his second run.in t anime it didn't click until the whales show up.

This is honestly a very good 'reply' to two plots we've seen in the manga. The first one already mentioned how during the Music festival they both admitted they'd never ever be friends with each other naturally.

The second part is that it was Clara who came over to Azz's house with Iruma-watching stuff. A kotatsu, food, drinks, etc. She was the one who put herself out there to be friendly to Azz, even when left behind by Iruma. But Azz didn't do anything back. I'm looking forward to the day Azz goes to Clara's house!

The title sounds really bad but I assure you it's good. I won't force you to read it though if you want to judge a book by its cover. I understand since I also read too many isekai and this title sounds like a generic bland isekai manga. Even if you don't read it, I'm sure you'll hear about it from somewhere anyway. It's just good. Another really good story that has a trash-sounding title is a manhwa called "SSS-Class Suicide Hunter" and it's just really good. You may come across it sometime. If you learn to let go of preconceptions from past bad experiences with these kinds of titles or genre, you may come across god-tier stuff like these.

A threesome has never been this official.

I guess it's a perk of being the future demon king.

Anyone else feel like this is some massive foreshadowing that Iruma is gonna end up getting sent back to earth and the two of them will need to track him down somehow someway?

Not gonna lie, I would like an earth arc.

And that does feel like a good way to bring his secret to a close. It gets revealed, he gets thrown Back to earth and assumes everyone hates him for lying, his parents make another parents (maybe revealing they were never real or something), but then these two somehow break through the border and come find him
That would be awesome, just as long as he doesn't get rendered powerless for some stupid reason.

Thats always the worst part of that trope. Back to the world you came from, say temporary goodbye to everything you've gotten in the meantime

Iruma better never disappear now...but even if he did these 2 will find him no matter what.
I just immediately think of Seymour, the dog from Futurama.

Iruma has maybe 70 years left. They'll be around till heat death.

Maybe he'll become a demon like in the light novel The Lazy King. Gotta see if I can find a copy of that again, I think the translator page has shut down years ago.
