If human blood is potent enough to make a demon into a Super Primal one, then what about potency of other human bodily fluids and excretions? If the human girl is a full-fledged woman, they'd need to deactivate her sweat (and pheromones in it) and menstrual blood not to make the facility demons go frenzy. Or they can't identify humans with the scent? Then how does human and blood identification even work? Can't be visual, because Iruma had enough injuries to show his blood to everyone. Or is that all just a conspiracy left by the long forgotten Demon ancestors and even human blood doesn't work as some frenzy power potion, so Kirio is just a lunatic that wants to eat a magic-less demon (and all humans, Iruma included, are like that (alternative universes and so on))?
So many questions. Will the author answer them?

And to all the people that are worried about Iruma and Ameri incest I want to remind that we have Skywalker siblings from the OT Star Wars

Iruma is using a perfume that hides his human scent (see chap 1), and his blood could instantly heal a magical beast (see chap 6). I think this is all we know about the effects of human fluids on demons. I think the only counter-measure Iruma has against demons are the perfume and the ring of gluttony (that allows him to use magic). Given no demon had an abnormal reaction to him (other than Kirio), I think the claims about humans' effects on demons are being exaggerated.

Edit: took a while to find, but in chap 94 (Acquacase date), Iruma got splashed with water and lost some of the perfume. He was almost eaten by the magical beast Mako-chan, but Ameri saved him. The other demons didn't react to his smell after that, though.

So this is pretty clearly the author of that manga and the reason why the Azazels have it, and we know that Iruma was her assistant at some point so it’s not completely out of world for them to be related somehow. It was always speculated that Ameri’s mom was a human, but after reading this chapter, it seems unlikely to me that this would be her.

More seriously, Ameri is older than Iruma yes? For this woman to be Ameri's mother, she would need to have been with Henri--and thus in the Netherworld-- before Iruma was born.

The only way she is the mother to both Ameri and Iruma is if she somehow went back to the human world after giving birth to Ameri, and soon after at that. Which I'm pretty sure is not the fate we are told she ended up with.

... Also, how old is Ameri exactly? Somehow I got it in my head that demons age much slower than humans, so Ameri must have been born a much longer time ago than Iruma.

Like, mystery woman could be related to Iruma, but I don't think it can be that closely. I think the events depicted here took place far too long ago for that. I think this isn't Iruma's mom or aunt, she's his more distant ancestor.

... Also, we know what Iruma's mother is like. She's a terrible person.

I take back what I said before. Iruma and Amelie aren’t gonna be cousins. They’re gonna be siblings.

That or, in a probably safer choice for Nishi, this humans gonna cark it, and Iruma’s gonna turn out to just be a reincarnation of Henri’s first love. Or it turns out she’s not even his first love at all, and he somehow meets his wife through taking care of this human.

We do know her name was Merize after all, and that’s not really a typical human name. Also human-chan here has some real noticeable eyebrows which don’t show up in the other flashback where we saw her, but that could also just be a later design choice, because in that flashback, we can see that Merize is wearing a hat that looks like it could either have horns poking up under the fabric, or could just be a horn-like design so Nishi could keep the fact that she was actually human secret a little while longer.

So yeah, this whole wall of theorising was actually pointless, because in the end it kinda still just leads to the conclusion of “Hey, could go either way, you know?”

so we dunno his real age but he is at the very least older then Operah and Teach by at least a decade or two.

honestly i wouldnt be shocked if there's some timey wimey stuff between the demon land and human world so a few years in the demon lands is a few decades in the human world
