bro forgot what an evil cycle is... 💀This kinda kill Clara character for me. Being insecure borderline psychotic behavior is so weird. I even feel it's not borderline anymore. It's just a pure schizo moment.

They may have not been the only bullies...She never really got over what the 3 bullies did to how she sees herself it seems. Even after slamming that vending machine in their face, she still thinks she needs to put on a front so people will stay. It's like she replaced giving presents with this always-happy appearance
I think it's implied that those 3 bullies were just the most recent case of others exploiting her. It seems like she's been avoided or exploited by others for most of her life, which is why illusion Iruma just wanting stuff from was so traumatizing for her since Iruma and Asmodeus were literally the first people, outside of her family, to just genuinely want to be around her, and then the illusion made her think even that was fake. She never really got over what the 3 bullies did to how she sees herself it seems. It could even be all three, knowing AsmodeusHonestly, this is the same outlook I have as well.
I could see your Point 2 lead into Point 3 being the outcome.
now theres a twist i never saw coming, holy crap not our furball hiding a deep seated obsessionI can’t believe that Clara’s big secret is that she’s a yandere
Theres a reason why "class clowns when they get home" are being memedI was certainly expecting something bigger like she's secretly an angel or something but this hurt in just the right way Our loveable idiot is terrified on being left behind and despite her easygoing smile and seeming obliviousness, she's always known whats going on and has just pretended not to
Fairpoint. Let’s not forget Naruto. He was a class clown with a deeply tragic and depressing home life.Theres a reason why "class clowns when they get home" are being memed
Evil cycle for both Asmodues and Iruma make them a better/stronger character. The way Clara was portrayed is more like a child having a tantrum with attachment issue.bro forgot what an evil cycle is... 💀
Both? Both is good. This arc simply cannot be even bigger Iruma x Clara vs Azz Azz x Clara than it is already.
I feel like there is too much I don't understand about Azz. It seems like he also has a lot of complicated feelings towards others and his story is closely tied to the culture and customs of the Netherworld—I'd like to see that explored.Oh... so her biggest secret isn't that she's a winglet, but that she is a walking ball of anxiety and fear that she'll be left all alone, and is so terrified that she'll be seen as too needy/negative and ruin her bond with her soulmates.
Manga's been hinting all along that even when Clara's been happier she's always been, she's absolutely terrified of losing it; that's why the illusion during the Harvest arc nearly shattered her before she was even in danger of being eaten. It's finally being addressed head on in-universe.
...Will we get to see Alice & Iruma's deepest secrets shared as well, soon?![]()
to be fair, this kind of anxious attachment style defines yanderes, but they take it to a destructive extremeI don't think "She's a Yandere" is the takeaway from that book. She's actually just extremely anxious and worried that if Azz and Iruma saw that they would dislike her. All the together forever stuff is due to her (forced) evil cycle.
