I just got served a chapter in a foreign language. Not sure what caused this.

Update: Turns out if you google search a series it can take you to another language version of a chapter even if you're located in an English speaking country.

This. Especially since chapters from a blocked group will still show up if the chapter is set as done in collaboration.
