[Manga Identification] little nature spirits, people can only see them before they fall in love?

ED: Found! "Chiisako no Niwa" thanks to @Schlo

I know I remember reading this... It's a one-volume thing with stories about tiny people (like fairies, but no wings) who people can only see if they've never fallen in love before.

I remember the cover had one on it, and he had those stripe things on his face that are typically on youkai and make no sense on fairies.

I want to say the title was a variant kobito/little person, but my searches aren't turning anything up.

I know I'm not dreaming this up, I saw it the other day refreshing the Random Manga page but forgot to bookmark. ;__;

I don't think it's by Lovely Strange Dark, but it's the *type* of thing they would scanlate.

Help? Does anyone else know what I'm talking about?

this doesn't sound like it exactly but the fairies don't have wings and they do have stripes on their faces. Also one volume, complete and romance tag.
