manga pages repeat themselves?

had this bug on mobile aswell, it seems to be the same image everytime you scroll
(look at the bottom, the page indicator)

can think of several things:
1) delay. the MD reader has a tendency to have a delay in changing pages if you've left it untouched for too long.
2) uploader fucked up the ch
3) something was actually wrong and Teas should know about this
4) one of those goddamn spam uploads

this has happened multiple times now. Refreshing does work but only for the page its on. (for ex. If u refresh at page 2 because page 1 had the problem, page 2 will now load, but it will now have the same problem as page 1). Problem even applies on older chapters, and I don’t think it would be delay, since delay would mean that it would just be delayed for a couple of seconds.
