As mentioned in support and other threads you can go to the group's page and block them, or visit Settings and go to "group block" and add them there.

How about some solution that works in the update section too? I mean I got that page currently CLOGGED by Manga UP, but didn't want to block them outright, something like a toggle in the page that says for example "toggle by scanlators and official publishers"
I don't think they'll ever do something of that sort, just block the official MangaDex (bot) account that uploads them or the groups in question (until the storm passes).
They're not entitled to my money and by behaving by this they secure that more people know of them treating potential customers like this.

First, it is NOT their product, they are translating it which is another thing. I'll rather buy the Light Novels and other stuff that I do from the author, such as the Overlord series or Far Away Paladin that I own, including the old Berserk manga volumes.
