Manga with Systems

Hello,
Looking for manga of any genres that feature some sort of system or "building features". I mean this in the widest sense possible.
Examples:
So I'm a Spider, So What? -skill system
Isekai Onsen- onsen upgrade system? i guess.
Hero Union BBS- chat/discussion thread 'system'.

It doesn't even have to be isekai.

Well, I'll admit I only named isekai, because that's all that I'm familiar with in terms of manga. But seeing that webnovels exist featuring sytems in a non-isekai setting, I assumed it would be the same for manga as well.
