The website itself is pretty slow for me, but manga images are at normal speed for me and https://cdndex.com/ loaded just fine for me too.

Both the web and the chapter are pretty slow for me mmm...
I use dnscrypt since MD was blocked (I'm not sure now), but I'm not sure what proxy I use, probably Cloudflare mmm...
