Because some people hate people and love money, and being a scumbag by DMCA-ing a manga that doest have official EN TLs coincides with both goals.

Seven Seas Entertainment has the English licence for the manga and the first volume is supposed to be released on March 10th, 2026.
So with them holding the licence and intending to release the English version they long ago demanded the unofficial English version to be removed.
