lefi has already hinted at being pregnant a few chapters ago, she can no longer use her dragon form. Pretty sure in the novel she had already been confirmed to be pregnant at this point

he finally got back home? demon arc was so boring that i let this manga on hold for a loooong time, to be honest i only care about Lefi the harem and rpg parts doesn't interest me too much (the author himself ignore the numbers after all).

Edit: ok decided to read everything and danm the slice of life of this story is great even for me that don't like harem too much, sad that the author always wants to put some uncessary arcs with boring things like now with shota regression, i want romance man, sad that those arc take a while to end so we might see him like this for 20 chapters if we are unlucky hahahahha
