Honestly I like how it mentions that he, in order to preserve his memories, writes and burns the info he has from the previous life, so it stays more concrete in his mind without being forgotten (on page 8).

A lot of game-isekai series will just be like "Oh I remember this small detail absolutely perfectly even though I've been trapped in this new body for 10+ years without any refreshers", so it's nice to see an instance where the MC actually makes notes of what he remembers constantly, but burns them afterwards so that it's not prophetic.

Remembering something actually causes you to slowly forget it as every time you remember it, it is a little less vivid and detailed.

To be fair though a lot of them write it down and then keep the book hidden. They refer to the book as they look at it often while growing up.

Having the speech bubbles overlap each other always makes it look like one character is interrupting the other, but they're not used that way here. It creates this weird dynamic where the interaction feels rude but isn't meant to be.

I wonder how a merchant's guild would strengthen the capital's defenses. Perhaps it would help establish a mercenary market?

Also, I just want to note because I've seen it a few times already, but when speech bubbles overlap due to order of speech and not due to interruption (see pg 3), I believe it's best to rearrange the text in the background bubble around the foreground bubble, as covering it up implies it's the interruption sort of bubble.
