Way too early, I think they will lean into her plastic surgery and he won't recognize and have some suspicion when he tries to actually find her later. Or he learns immediately and says nothing until he has to confront the crimes later imo

I don't think it's noble. I think she wants to pursue her revenge unfettered, which she can't do if she has an investigator husband who would almost certainly be put on what would be her case.

TBF to him he is a detective so he probably works long hours and might not even be home a lot of times. Kinda hard to tell something was going on if he wasn’t around to see any clues.

Plus the bullies purposely hit in in places people wouldn’t notice. Remember that the one time he had something on his face the mom noticed so my guess is they made sure the abuse was never visible
