Mark all read (button) when going through follows updates

It could be a catch-up button to mark all follows as read. Or a per manga option.

A miss on hitting the eyeball takes you to the chapter. But going back resets you to the top of updates. A big problem, if you have been away for a long time. You could be long down the list and must scroll down again. To get back where you were. Not a big deal if you could remember and go back to the follow updates position. Either fix works for me.

On the top right of the chapter list is the option to mark all chapters on that page as read.
No danger of missing and opening a chapter.

Just remember to do this for every page of chapters...
