I haven't gotten this invested in an ongoing series in a long time, so I'm truly sad to see it go like this. What we did get was fantastic, and I wish we could've gotten to see the story in full. I wish the author all the luck in the world in his future endeavors!
poor author planned out an amazing long arc with great characters and tons of plotlines and intricacies and effort only to have it axed insanely early through the entire thing
they should have known to just pump out some harem trash with the boring usual tropes instead of putting in effort. I can't imagine how disheartening that must be.
Another series with fantastic writing and potential, axed. Breaks my heart. The concept of the demons using the Deadman's Recipes as conduits for "something" sounds super interesting. Reminds me of Stealth Symphony as another (much shorter) series axed despite having a ton of great twists saved up.
I hope the author's next series can be even more of a success. I look forward to their work in the future!
I wish the best for the author. Even Horikoshi went through, like, two or three serializations before he finally hit the big time. Hopefully he learns from this experience and makes his next series even better.
Im sad this got cancelled early and will definitely read the author's next work, but from what was planned im not sure I wouldve liked the rest of the story all that much
So the recipe really was for resurrecting/creating some big bad evil demon (lord?) as people were speculating and the "resurrected but undead" is just Rosalie using her op magic powers to make the book work as the legend/demons lie said?
