Jin Wangsun rode into the city, which is illegal, and caused mayhem on the streets, running over hawkers' stalls, injuring pedestrians, nearly killed a young girl and more. Next, he throws money onto the street, inciting more chaos and sticks around to make a big deal out of it, telling the world he has free rein to do what he fancies. He even engaged Li Hongzhuang in a brief fight when she tried to stop him. He made sure to berate her, too. Next, he outright berates the imperial court's warriors, pick fights with everyone he came across and performed multiple assaults. There's the fact he's one of the Champion White Princes' factions. There's more that the Emperor knows, but I'll withhold the information in case it's revealed later; don't count on it.
It's a big arc spanning two long volumes, yet it's jumped passed tonnes of content already. I'm not so sure it's going to be addressed in due time.
