MDList "Last Updated"

Would like a way to further filter the "Last Updated" in MDList (under your name when clicked) to not show as recently updated on languages you haven't selected. Would help a lot if I didn't have to click a link just to show X language was updated and not the one I'm looking for. May help server load in some small way too if MDList was more sensitive to our filtered languages.

Just a small quality of life improvement in MDList.
