Another would be decent story laid low by a lousy mc. Here’s a guy who’s a complete powerhouse on a lvl this world has yet to see but nope.. he hides EVERYTHING even though he could literally kill them all at the same time.. He stays in a place where he’s forced to eat $&@! and be treated like a dog for absolutely no reason. He could easily venture out into the world and be successful even it was just hiding there’s no reason for him to stay here. What’s he waiting for? Labor Day? lol. To top it off he wants nothing to do with the princess (I’m up to chapter 5 so things may change but first impressions are important no?) because we all know that 97% of Japanese mc’s are asexual monks. So yeah.. there’s my 6am pre-work manga rant. lol

It kind of falls off. Another commenter said it best. This story is like a disk, all edge and no point. The MC is a 2 dimensional character without any kind of growth or personality.
He does not have a reason behind any of his actions good or bad. The MCs actions are not that of a character but just a vehicle to move the plot, if you could even call it a plot along.

2/10 started off strong but fell off after it failed to develop it's world/story/ or characters or even a reason to care.

Best comment I’ve seen yet. As I posted in mine, a possible good story ruined by an apathetic mc who cares about nothing and hides everything as he must like to be treated poorly. Its boring.

For anyone wondering whether they should read then it completely depends on how much you like edge. As edgy shit goes it's one of the more well written ones (which isn't saying much) but is let down by the fact that it's written with the mentality of a grim dark addicted middle schooler. The main characters are completely unlikeable, their humanity and personalities sacrificed at the altar of edge. If this sounds appealing, then this could very well be among your favorite manga, for everyone else don't bother.

If author thinks that all sociopaths and psychopaths derive pleasure from killing they need to re-check terminology.

Think of it as that: Most people at some point in their lifes wanted to kill someone, the problem comes from empathy which will damper us from it or after effects but we would get pleasure in killing someone we wanted to kill (it will just net as a negative but somewhere among negatives there are positives). Psychopaths and sociopaths lack empathy thus those 2 factors do not apply to them thus it's just easier for them to get used to killing.

The concept of multiple reincarnations is a pretty cool premise and I haven't seen to many other stories with this premise but after the main introduction it really falls off. The author decided to do a complete 180 with the plot and tried to make it as edgy as possible. In the process of that he kinda erased the MC's original personality and replaces it with an edge lord. I would give this a 2/10

I read the Weston and thought it was pretty great, so I went out of my way to find the manga and boy do I regret it.

This manga is a shit show, starts off so promising but quickly just ends of being a weird power fantasy with the MC just doing shit for literally no reason at all. None.

I just got to the part where, in my opinion, he rapes his little princess slave. There’s not even a “twisted”fucking reason he just does it to do it. Absolutely fucking wild. Dropped.

The MC doesn’t have to be “Good”. There just needs to be a reason to him to do what he does. And there never is. The military coup was a genuinely good idea. A hero commander leading a coup because the Royalty was wasting money and causing the people to be disenfranchised. A real “let them eat cake” thing. But nope, he ends up just killing everyone and everyone is dead except for his power fantasy sex slave.

Sorry for the rant. I’m just annoyed I wasted my time on this edgy, incel, fantasy, bullshit.

Let's be honest here. The MC is a puerile, petulant emo child who is having a major strop at the world. As such, unless you are also a brooding child who hates the world, you are not going to be able to project yourself onto this MC, and rather than being transported into his world and his supposed adventures, you, like me, are just going to be irritated by this annoying brat who thinks he is the epitome of "cool" while, in reality, being a slappable little pleb. He has no moral core, no values and no empathy, so he just goes off and does what he wants. I am currently 12 chapters in and the writer has subverted every outcome to make this annoying prick "edgy" and so the story has done little more than bore me. I'll go on for a while longer, but I don't see it improving and will drop it by the time I go to bed.
