it also has to be said that Japan is more strict strict control over their eggs. chickens are tested regularly. for example, early 2023, a viral virus did spread among chickens, but was caught before it could reach the table.

I've tried this before, and it wasn't bad, but I do not like the texture of raw egg, it's like weirdly foamy??? IDK how else to describe it. Pretty disappointing sine I do like eggs with runny yolks.
