That gynoid receptionist makes one question the imperial family's connection with the AIs, were they allowed to use the imperial princess's face because no one still know how she looks outside the immediate family?

Honestly, I REALLY dislike him letting his biggest ace in the hole, Krishna get scanned and lose, as I said, his biggest ace in the hole as people didn't know ANYTHING about that ship, now, they will know all of it's strengths and weaknesses.
Imagine if they start mass producing it, just such a bad deal for an extra, what it was, 4/6mil? He made 20mil+ in what feels less than 3months, so that's almost chump change to him if he really starts grinding.

You are making many wrong assumptions, his biggest "ace in the whole" is actually his piloting skills and other things but that would be waaay too big of a spoiler to write even behind a spoil tag, another thing is assuming Krishna can be copied.

Also in the novel here is explained that because of the computational power and mechanical brain Mei actually perceives time differently and while the punishment lasted 30 normal minutes if felt much longer for her.

It's been implied that Krishna is so much more advanced than the current technological level of the universe that they don't even understand how it works. The basic technologies are the same, but the level of miniaturization and optimization in Krishna's systems is literally not replicable with current technology. It can be inferred that Krishna was considered an "endgame" ship in the game, since Hiro was a long-time hardcore player.

I believe it's also been stated that Hiro is actually an extremely good pilot with unnaturally-quick reflexes, and that he's essentially the only one that can actually "handle" a ship as quirky as Krishna.

To be honest I think that Hiro being able to force Mei into compliance by punishing her for a few hours was horribly boring and worse a total waste of an interesting problem he'd have to deal with that can't be resolved by just shooting it. What's even the point of teasing a semi-rogue AI that's willing to go beyond your explicit orders to act with what it thinks are in your best interests if you're just going to nip the entire thing in the bud right away?

Iirc his concern is more about spareparts, the ship is too rare if it broke, he's done for. This is also why he is looking for a mothership too as relying on his starting ship limits his options, like unable to pick up loot or repair on the go. There is printing, but only limited to food and for really good stuff they have to go to the experts anyway.

He is crazy good too, he literally can fly in reverse parallel to enemies thruster and has no breathing max payne skill, no normal pilot can do that.

Well, just relax. In this arc he test drives prototypes and he's very good still, they got good performance result for the products but still not viable for production because no average person can ride like him.

His biggest ace in the hole is his crazy reaction times because others can't operate his ship that well and you'll see his ship operate skills come up again in this arc.

Also his biggest secret ability to get out of situations is when he slows down time by holding his breath that he rarely ever uses.

Plus they were going to get scans of his ship anyways when he got it worked on which he needed. It's just that he got it so they were paying him to work on his ship instead of him paying them to work on it. So he got free parts and labor and extra money off the mothership he bought.

As mention in the previous chapter, there are already prototype ships out in the story that could in paper rival Krishna, there just no good pilot that can handle them.

Casually getting Mei into neglect play. I'm still curious about Elma though. I've heard of everyone else's past but not hers and she definitely acts like she has lived pretty well before.
Elma's backstory is actually pretty predictable. There's no mines lurking in the depths or anything.
...
She's not like Mimi, who has some WILDLY explosive dangling plot threads right now.

He gains more than he loses, really. Ships need maintenance, so he has to let someone look at it sooner or later. And the Krishna isn't a Lost Ship or anything. She's a really good ship, but not isekai hax OP. Hiro's insane combat skills and unconventional tactics, drilled to perfection in a world where death is barely an inconvenience, have much more to do with the ship's performance. The piloting data is worthless because no one else would DARE fight like Hiro does, and that makes the Krishna a lot less interesting.

That's assuming the society can even replicate the tech.

Just because you know what an alloy or ceramic is made of, doesn't mean you can discover the manufacturing method.
To put another way, you can know what a cake is and looks like, but you don't know the ratios and any other additional ingredients just by looking at it.

I thought that Mei is an M but that reaction on her punishment doesn't seem like rewarding to her

It's not like he has a choice. He's not a starship mechanic, they already covered this. Ship needs maintenance. If he didn't do this, eventually Krishna would break down and then he'd be paying them to fix his ship.

Why does everyone say “hum” and “hoe” all the time

I don’t think you’re aware that either of those are words that mean things, but they are
