She is drinking a coffee can while sitting on a bench, she sees the payphone and thinks about calling Taesoo, goes to the payphone, calls him, overhears Sunbae talking to Taesoo and thinks they are a couple aka Taesoo already forgot her and found someone else. According to AI, the most likely reason is the fall and complications after it. Other reasons could be a brain tumor (probably a slow growing, if it was a fast growing one things would be different, but maybe it's mutating now?) An unlikely reason would be alzheimer, but for a 20 year old to get alzheimer, they would need to be genetically kinda screwed and also unlucky.
If it's physical trauma related (aka complications after the fall), then she won't die. So that's good. If it's a tricky brain tumor or alzheimer, she'll die young let's hope for the least bad option
