As speculated, Michi's mom is gone. Could have some serious bearing on the plot or could mean nothing.
Michi is worried she looks like a dorky boy and suddenly cares about romance for inexplicable reasons. If you go back to the start her hair is noticeably longer now.
I'm not going to be surprised if there's actually 3 Hondas.
This is the 2nd time Sayaka's referenced a big person in the sky (ch.9 p.16), which could be deceptively important.
Dorothy's screwed up hair for both Tear (missing highlights for a volume) and Ange (parted wrong), waiting on Non's turn.
In saying Ange's the only one taking her studies seriously, it's unclear if Tear's actually in school since she's 22.
(Only relevant to me but Ange is confirmed to be Ange and not Anju so at least I didn't get that wrong.)
A conspicuous lack of info on Aizawa here.
Another reference to volume 4 being a new direction. Chapter 19 is out so I can confirm it's a chill Sayaka chapter leading into a Honda arc.
Very unsurprised Dorothy was prepared to end the manga early. Volume 1 was fairly reserved and, if it sold poorly, could have cobbled together a simple ending in volume 2. Clearly it did well enough for Dorothy to devote volume 2 to side characters, then secured a lengthy publication when volume 3 expanded heavily on characters and setup for future plotlines.
Getting into scanlation made the guidelines for creating manga more noticeable for me. Mangaka tend to plan 2 versions of their premise: one in case of early cancellation and one full version of the story. It's not like volume 3's elements weren't there at first, they were just muted and easily overlooked. I mean mystery's the last genre you get to retroactively append major plot points to.
Aizawa is the only one in white while the other 3 wear black. Could represent mourning or guilt.
Aizawa holds a blue rose. Blue roses signify mysteries, miracles, impossibilities and the desire for them to be real, as well as love.
Tear and Ange are holding hands, clearly signifying their nearly romantic relationship. Non is reaching for Aizawa, though Aizawa doesn't interact with any of them in any way unless she's secretly holding Tear's hand off screen.
Ange's eyes are closed, because she's possessed? Tear has 1 open, maybe because she's 2nd closest to what's haunting them.
Something about Aizawa's forward stare seems so knowing. Like even nestled in the middle of them she feels distant and detached. She's the only one not to acknowledge the others. I guess I'm just praising the composition here since it all works towards this subtle effect.
Aizawa is the only one with a covered shoulder. Oddly the guarded shoulder faces Non instead of Tear and Ange.
Tear and Ange have fully gloved hands, Non's are half-covered, Aizawa's are bare. Could represent secretiveness, given Non's feelings are the most open next to Aizawa who's an open book. Or it could represent complicity, their hands being dirtied as it were. On that note Non, Ange, and presumably Tear have red painted nails while Aizawa's are plain.
The constellation in the background is Delphinus itself (which has 5 stars remember this for when the hidden 5th member gets introduced as foretold by Sailor Moon). 4 close, 1 distant. The distant one points to Aizawa. If this 5th star represents anyone, it's likely to be whoever's already possessing them.
Going deeper, would the 5th be the furthest from Aizawa, with it wanting to reach her, and connected to Ange and Tear? Or would it be the one closest to Aizawa, responsible for her current state of separation?

could the 5th and distant star be Michi? The other four are all connected together (being the idol group) while the fifth is only connected to one other star, presumably Aizawa.
