I do wonder how this is manga is ending, there's no clear "main" girl like in many other romcoms who you know winning in the end. It would feel a bit arbitrary to just pick one of them. A harem ending doesn't seem quite fitting either, the manga doesn't seem unhinged enough in its plot for that. Of course there could theoretically be a serious grounded attempt at poly but that's rarely done in manga. They could also have the manga end with none of the girls getting together with the mc, having him maintain the current role of manager to the end, but that's just unsatisfying.

I sadly see the opposite happening. You can't progress past this stage, because once you have a real confession/dating, the series will almost assuredly end, Time Skipping past everything you wanted to see for years.

Why i think Harem ending is a bad choice:
given this is a Harem manga, there cannot be any real love rival for Yuu, since otherwise it would be a different genre. Given this, the only real conflict a Harem manga can have is "who is going to win?" If you go for true harem, you nulify the only real driving force of the genre. Of course you can make a really cool story about the conflicts and issues of a polyamory relationship with 3 sisters. Pretty sure there would be a lot of fucked up shit you could explore. Not with this fluffy feel good manga, tho.
Therefore, i'm guessing if it really ends up being true harem, this will get really fucking boring.
