i'd think by the time they'd be ready to have kids it'd work out as long as they aren't helicopter parents, random tantrums and spontaneity aside they do seem the type to be well prepared and write down meticulous lists and plan for their kids future

Does he ever actually get better, or does he stay the social black hole he’s been for the last 20 chapters? It’s exhausting watching Haida put in all this effort, trying to make something out of nothing while he just sits there. Even the confession was annoying, he started with his typical deflection and only stepped up because she insisted on it.

Honestly, he needs to grow the fuck up. If you’re that socially burned out and passive in everything, why are you even trying to date? Work on yourself first then try or he's just trying so someone can make them their project? he need to give his 50% as well to make it a 100%.

His deadpan, awkward personality is what makes so many people (including myself) love him so much. He obviously likes her but he has low self esteem and can’t believe anyone would date him. So yes, while it may take a little extra time to express himself, it’s super sweet to see him struggle to get his sincere feelings out. I love Haida because while she’s just as awkward, she’s more straightforward and doesn’t bullshit around. She’s absolutely perfect for him.

This is actually so peak, like unimaginably good wtf. You have other works where the characters are ready to fuck each other uncontrollably but the author is edging it out for "some reason" then we have these two awkward losers who can't speak up (mainly kuroi in this chapter) that not only managed to share their feelings in 20 chapters but also do so after getting interrupted.
WHILE also feeling realistic, I've read some good adult romance but this one managed to be a big step above them, even above this author's other series.
