I wrote about it earlier, but this story really has the most stupid level up mechanism I've ever seen in manga. Maybe it's not necessarily that different from some other bad examples, but it's exploited so heavily here. Those servants did absolutely nothing, apart from being close enough to be still counted as belonging to the party, yet they got "experience" from the fights they didn't participate in at all. Calling that experience is a travesty in itself. Of course one can't blame Second here, he's just exploiting the existing system, he didn't design it, but from a storytelling, or even worldbuilding, point of view this is such a waste.

I'm confused. Why are they killing the Black Flame Wolf and then considering it a completed "dungeon lap"? Didn't the MC say way back that the Isoroyce dungeon has two deepest parts? One is the actual dungeon boss and the other is the grand library with the Black Flame Wolf, where they're currently fighting. Are they not actually trying to complete the dungeon? Maybe the Black Flame Wolf is an easier opponent than the dungeon boss but still gives similar amounts of EXP so they run laps from the dungeon entrance to the grand library. Silvia does say right after that he "cleared" the dungeon though which in my opinion implies completing it by killing the boss. I think either the translation is incorrect or the author just forgot.
