Pasties are a more conventional option against poking and see-through fabrics. As are body tape and clothing tape for particularly daring braless outfits.

Bandaids as a bra replacement never made that much sense to me. Sure, it solves the poking through fabric issue, but what about... gravity? Not much you can do there
