Surprised it wasn't a elven village, as it's the usual things now. I wonder how they breed, if they hate and kill all the men they see?
Anyway, I think I can guess the endgame of this series: So MC lost his power to bring people back from the dead, for the cost of his own life, as it was a one time thing, and god couldn't give it back to him, since the power his too important. So what happens when he has more points than he can spend? I think he'll be able to eventually get this life swap power back again, and need it to save one of the Female characters (probably the hero).

Because he isn't a murderhobo tyrant? Not trying to say there shouldn't be repercussionsfor their violentactions, but murder isn't always the answer.
And he isn't banging the bitches because of the publishing company that publishes this manga in Japan. You might get the occasional fan service chapter, but I doubt the MC will get more then a random kiss or maybe some light foreplay, and that's about it.
If you really need the MC to do more then be blueballed, you should be reading the manga tagged either erotica or pornographic.

They will allow sex as long as there is no sex scene.
And we aren't asking for them to bang on screen, just for him to get the deed done. Off screen is fine...
Also, they tried to kill him first.
Killing people that do really bad things isn't the same as being a murderous tyrant.
It's like how kidnapping innocent people isn't the same as taking criminals to prison. Context matters.
