Age gaps are contextual. Consider:

A 20-year-old and a 10-year-old is illegal.

A 40-year-old and a 30-year-old is perfectly normal.

Grooming is also a consideration.

Not saying that's got anything to do with this manga, but I have seen a few "so what about the age gap? My parents are so-and-so apart" and wanted to throw out there that it's not cut and dry.
