I like this chapter.
When I understand someone dressing how they want, even more in their own house, I always found weird how she dressed like that, and then we got the flashback about the bad rumors about her from inferior VAs in the office, it was a mismatch.
The author explaining she changed her image to face the courier makes it perfectly reasonable.
