In one loop Sylvia even got pregnant by him,so it means they are doing it (there is just not a pregnancy in every loop but their relationship remains the same) and thus she is guilty.

I don’t necessarily disagree, but she’s terminally ill in most timelines and bed ridden. Hard to argue about consent or being in a position of power to make those choices safely. I don’t think the sister is a horrible person, she’s just doomed to screwing her sister despite genuinely loving her in every timeline.

Last time I read the WN (or was it a LN?), the same formula happens over and over. There is no point (at the time) where I've read something that would possibly progress or even explain the situation, even when crow is present. The thought I had (probably all u guys may have realized it already) before I finally switched to waiting for the manga (due to the WN/LNs poorly fan translated texts, just google translate), was that this is the author's show of torture p//n. They love seeing someone's suffering.

its cuz illya's mum was originally the maid of the princess and accompanied her during princess' relationship w/ the knight, so after all was said n done and the knight had to return to his country or smth illya's mum was tasked w marrying her master's lover, kinda to keep him safe from other ladies or smth like dat
so the knight and princess could still hv their own child (sylvia) but the child wouldnt be abused or mistreated by the knight's legal wife, since he still needed to marry for his household or smth
so illyas mum is kinda not rlly her husbands equal but more like someone entrusted to take care of him and his daughter, so it might be a duty to her old master thing and since shes being watched by someone higher (her husbands not rlly her equal since she used to serve his lover) thats y she treats the sis better
it was i think revealed tho that she cared for her daughter but didnt show it

not that im excusing her actions, mind u i dont like her

I've read all of the WN. This is just my theory but I suspect the reason why Ilya life is gone to shit is probably due to her sister. It's never real explained why she experiences this kind of suffering but what we do know is that Sylvia is a real princess. Maybe there's a curse that demands Ilya save Sylvia. Ilya's story only moves forward when she helps Sylvia - Ilya saves her life twice. There is magic in the world though it's faded. Considering Sylvia is actual royalty it wouldn't be a surprise if ancient magic defends Sylvia's fate.

Imo Sylvia's sin is egoism without malice similar to a child who might have the notion that something is bad without fully understanding its consecuences. Shes been so pampered and loved that she cannot grasp why her and Soleil becoming lovers is so bad because things almost always ended well for her. She actually got a heavy atention call when she gets pregnant with Soleil's child and Ilya hangs herself with Sylvia discovering the body:

"In the novel was mentioned that it was so traumatic to her that not only had a miscarriage but also sent her into a heavy depression blaming herself and not letting Soleil to touch her ever again until she died a while later, so when Ilya killed herself their relationship also died as well"

Honestly looks like a living story where the writer is trying to make the characters miserable and not on a metaphorical nor rethorical sense: It really seems that a godlike being is enforcing that some situations happen no matter how hard Ilya tries to derail it

But here is the thing that is often overlooked. Odin is a trickster god. In one story he curses a lords weapon just becouse said lord didn't want his (odins) help when he was larping as a hobo, as a joke.

Idk but i get the feeling that the MCs loop is her own prison and that "crow" is there for the ride. And crow could help MC, but she needs to ask/think of something that she is not seeing atm.

Yeah I knew that detail, still is a pretty dick move from Sylvia, thinking "Is ok to cuck my beloved older sister because her husband started it. I feel kinda bad for it but will do it anyways". Not like Sylvia is unhappy with his atention, or that she doesnt reciprocate his feelings
