Upon reread of the whole series, I'm not 100% convinced he isn't an unaware reality bender. That would indeed make him the strongest, by several orders of magnitude. Would also fit his moniker of Infinite Variety. But then that's just me reading too deep into his actions like everyone else in their 'verse, huh...
