I've researched this for other posts. The first time was to refute someone who said that incest was legal in Japan but then I found that it was. It is also legal in a LOT of countries and three US states (Rhode Island, Ohio except for parental figures, and New Jersey). In Alabama, the butt of all of the jokes, it is a Class C felony and includes people related by ADOPTION as well as blood.
