I see where your priorities are at with this break chapter. To answer your question yes they do look bigger but remember the author does whatever they want. Part of me believes that the break is an opportunity to make R18 content but I could be wrong. The eyes /art style as a whole looks slightly diff but depending on bras/lack of one, boob shape/sizes can vary a lot
