People are way into assuming everyone here is another reincarnator for some reason. iirc, the part where he's delinquent is not aggressive.
His appearance is intimidating (way he wear his uniform, colour his hair, had piercing, and his physics easily got linked to stereotypical delinquent), he often fell asleep during class, doesn't like being warned by teacher (but only glare back, without actually resort to words or violence), being anti-social (because people hate him anyway). And, his promiscuous lifestyle.
But he never actually got involved in violence like fighting, or extortion.

You're forgetting the point that Ryuichi Shishido is just him, he didn't take over the body of Ryuichi, he just received the memories of his previous life and only about the NTR manga.

That's one of the things I really liked about this story. He's not suddenly another person, He just received some extra memories. And this means he still has a lot of traumas and growing up to do.
