The blonde girl seems to be the cliche friend that’s needed for the inevitable trio of friends which I don’t mind

I’m actually quite interested, quite a couple ways it could go, hopefully the author does it well and it doesn’t end very shortly

Yes the woman with the mole was her mom
the childhood friend was in the original doujin together with fml but they werent yet at this point of time, when he finds out she and shishido are together he gets kinda assholey for some time, but eventually apologizes to shishido and shizuna and becomes good friends with shishido, and even falls in love with a waitress at the bar shishido sometimes goes to, which the waitress kinda responds to well.
chisa will be a great team player in group "sessions".
The author of the novel did end things off pretty well, let's see if the mangaka does it justice

Assuming that the manga does follow the novel, the FMC will continue pestering/acting nice to MC(depends on whose side you're on). One day, FMC asks MC what his plans are after school and he says "I'll probably hit the bar" to which FMC reacts "To drink?" MC doesn't drink so he says "No, I'm underaged." FMC is suspicious so she says she'll follow him into the bar, then asks her mother for permission to eat out. FMC's mother approves and just so happens to be feeling lonely so she also decides to go to the bar in question. No shuraba happens, but I'd like to say that oyakodon is real. It happens later on in the story, not immediately right after.
