Just looked at the security tab, and well, good thing it's implemented (backlog grew a bit because of the issues last week, it'll take a while to catch up), but I hope I won't accidentally trigger something because I usually use vpn, and the place/country it shows might change daily sometimes? I also have a laptop I'm sometimes logged in with(different isp) though that usually doesn't use vpn.

@Chizan this was the most reported issue with inconsistent region data because of spotty ISPs or VPNs and has been relaxed to the point where it is usable. The region information is still shown so you can better identify which the individual remember-me sessions belong to.

@Holo @rdn I don't know which I dislike more:

1. Taking a microsecond to check "keep me logged in" and click on the login button whenever my ISP changes or turn my computer on, and then being able to have mangadex open and unencumbered in a browser all day long, or

2. The new and improved, never before experience of having to wait five seconds for cloud flair to do it's thing if I haven't actively accessed mangadex in the last 30 minutes, even though it's still open in my browser.

I vote for #1 if #2 is now the norm. I can understand #2 happening on some aggregate site like mangago, but this is mangadex which, frankly, I expect to be on a higher level of expertise.

I'm getting 503s all the time and Cloudflare kicks in and "checks my browser" every 30 minutes.

It's getting tedious.

Same as above just that cloudflare kicks in def more often than every 30 min.. sometimes litterally after reading 1 chapter, id say from every 15 min to every 2 min

well cloudflare is a pro hacker service/stresser/ddos service, its to be expected since it wont stop problems but encourage these things, best get ust to it since this site is cloudflare 1st

@FredFriendly We're still getting occasionally hammered with bots, so unless you prefer constant 502's and the site being completely down you're just going to have to deal with the occasional 5 second wait times for now until the traffic goes back to normal.

Idk why. It seems that cloudflare is now more active in killing connections to image server. I had to refresh around 3x for each manga im reading in long strip mode
