That suicide panel is so fucked. First we have the horrific if not realistic depiction of someone hanging themselves and their body emptying it's bowels. Remember hanging isn't pretty. And then even more fucked up is that true to her fear the rope broke on the woman. And if you follow the blood trail you can see her crawl over and make a make shift noose with a belt to finish hanging herself. God this scene is awful to look at. (Not in a art way, in a this scene is to dark way). But that's on par with this manga.
