Easily attributed to a false accusation. Not a single panel there suggested physical force was involved. The voice there being hers makes way more sense than it being his. It could be what you say, but I feel like the far more believable interpretation was that he was lured there as part of the setup.

Well yeah. She's a bitch either way, and totally a toxic influence.

How is his personality trait relevant to Tsubaki's line of thinking if she isn't aware of it? If someone doesn't know about it, the context ends there as far as how their decisions are made goes.

Okay, this MC got framed for sexual assault from some unknown bitch, we are 7 chapters in and stil don't know the reason, MC is clearly a good guy, now with trauma, why the hell the author is hiding the truth behind some frammented flashbacks, just put it down..
MC, if you don't want this pure whore to continue with the false confession just tell the truth, and use 5 minutes of time to tell her someone teached her everything wrong about relationship.
The childhood friend...didn't expect her to be a chronic masturbator that destroyed her own privates, but the feeling is there.
Everything could be resolved by MC taking this 2 (technically) virgin bitches in a private room with a meter of distance and talking.

You should really read the first Arc of "Sensitive Boy".
The Whole Arc is about a Boy that was R*ped by his Teacher and how it affects his Life and the how the People interact with him.
