I think this is a byproduct of the author trying her best to make every character have a unique personality and hitting the wall extremely hard with this specific character. You can only have a manipulative, sly character that works well if another character doesn't exhibit those traits and unfortunately Noa-senpai & Reni exhibits that manipulation trait to its extreme limit, which in turns makes Mika looks like a POS.
