a lot of people seem to think that noa's "fine with anything" is a high bar, but i really do think she'd be happy with anything he put an ounce of thought into. she's a working adult with a well paying job and we all know she spends money at the drop of a hat if she wants something, so i can't see her having much she wants specifically as a gift. i’m sort of the same way, if there's something specific i want i'll usually just buy it for myself since i have all the information (where to get it, type, size, etc), so if someone is getting a gift for me i’m honestly more excited to see what someone thinks i would like.
