Hot take here maybe, but... I honestly think that it is only because Rihito has the low-IQ (socially) personality that Noa seems like such an unmanageable gremlin. It really shouldn't be that hard to "handle" her moods, but Rihito is practically made of stone, or just straight autistic. Noa wears her feelings on her massive chest, plain for everyone to see. She blurts out her insecurities regularly. She can't hide shit from anyone, she's emotionally transparent. How the hell does he struggle so much to figure her out???

It should not be this hard for him to understand how she works by this point. Compare his interactions with Noa to Mika and Rene from last chapter: Mika can play Renes equally (to noa) unstable character like a fiddle and influence her attitude easily because she is so perceptive and understanding of Rene . She can easily redirect peoples thoughts and feelings with the slightest reassureassurances or by engaging with them in considerate ways. Why is it so hard for Rihito to understand how Noa works and be able to diffuse her crazy at this point? I personally find it easy to imagine how I could spend time with her without her constantly breaking down. The slightest positive reinforcement can put her on cloud 9. Surely Rihito could assuage the chaos if they both weren't such nerds with arrested development. The guy just lets her spiral while he sits back to watch.

If you read the entire series, you'll learn, it's NOT worth it.
She's very willing and wants to do things you do but...
Clingy, emotionally unstable, quick to assume, quick to assume the worst case, barks a lot.
Don't communicate until it goes bad, WILL stalk you, WILL get upset if you talk with others
Breaks down over small shit, spawn messages, its literally why bro had to limit her to 50 messages a day and she STILL broke that rule.
She got better but she's still crazy as hell. She's the definition of don't stick your dick in crazy.
